Examination
Generally different types of examinations are conducted to measure the standard of knowledge of the students. These are Monthly, Half-yearly, Test, Annual and CHSE Annual exams in +2 level and Half yearly, Test, Annual and F.U.E., S.U.E. and F.U.E. in +3 level.
Pass mark and division :
A candidate has to obtain minimum 30 % of marks in individual subject in theory papers and 40 % of marks in individual subject in practical papers to pass in the subject. to pass in the examination one has to pass in all subjects. To pass in an individual subject one has to obtain minimum 30 % of marks in that subject. But to pass in the examination one has to pass all the individual subjects and secure minimum 35 % of marks in the aggregate. In subjects having practicals one has to pass both in theory and practical separately. Subjects having joint papers are to be taken jointly.
Instant Examination :
There is provision of instant examination conducted by the Council in the month of August / September . Only those who pass in all subjects except one are eligible for this. The list of eligibility of candidates and the subjects are appended towards the end in the result booklet.
University (+3) Examinations :
The University introduces three years degree courses for B.A., B.Sc. and thus divided into three parts as first University Examination,Second University Examination, Final University Examination. |
